Will I need to purchase or upgrade my devices or software?
No. You will be able to access our system from your existing desktops and software. This includes older or outdated operating systems that you may have. You will not need to upgrade your current business IT set-up. Additionally, you will only have to pay for any applications you intend to use going forward.
How do I access my information?
From our highly secure data center. This will store all your information, including private data in a centralized location. All desktops, apps and data are encrypted to maximize security of your information.
Will I need to train my staff?
No. Your systems will run and function the same as before, just from a new location. Smaller time-wasting tasks will be reduced, freeing your staff’s time. You should see an increase in productivity as a result. You can refocus your IT staff to do more important work.
Will I lose access to the apps I need?
No. All your usual applications will be fully accessible through our provided solution. This means you will not lose any functions as you transition to virtualization. Every desktop will have normal full access to their workspace. Additionally, you may now also have the ability to work remotely.
How will my data be backed up?
Your data will be backed up automatically through our cloud system. This is more effective than traditional, manual backup. It means your information can instantly be recovered and restored. Your data will be consistently available for all workers, so they do not experience any down time.
